Starts at $5.00 per signature per document-the total price will be determined based on the total number of pages to be notarized, and the number of signatures per page. There is also a clerical fee of $5 for the 1st document that requires notarization and $3 for each thereafter and per witness. 

$15.00 per certificate (acknowledgment, jury, certified copy, etc) that is printed and attached by 1st Klass. These certificates are required by the State of Pennsylvania for documents that do not include the State's required wording.

$25.00 per deposition/witness + $5.00for each administered oath + $15.00 for the certificate to the deposition
