Welcome to 1st Klass Notary & LSS, where we offer professional Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent services. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.1stklassnotary.com and our notary-related services (the “Services”). By booking an appointment or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We offer:

• Mobile Notary Services
• Loan Signing Agent Services
• General Notarizations (affidavits, acknowledgments, powers of attorney, etc.)
• Real Estate Closings
• Remote Online Notarizations (where legally permitted)

Services are provided by a commissioned Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and/or any applicable jurisdiction where legally authorized.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use our services. Valid government-issued identification is required for all notarizations.

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
• Same-day and after-hours services may be available for an additional fee.
• A valid government-issued ID must be presented at the time of notarization.
• The signer must be present and mentally competent.
• Service fees are clearly communicated at the time of booking.
• Travel fees may apply for mobile services.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards (fee applies), or other approved methods.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
• Refunds are not issued once a notarization has been completed or a loan package signed.
• Notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or interpret documents.
• We do not draft documents or provide assistance filling them out.
• If you have legal questions, please consult an attorney.

All information, documents, and transactions handled are treated with strict confidentiality and in accordance with notarial laws and ethical standards. We do not share client information with third parties unless required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1st Klass Notary & LSS is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from client errors or misinformation.
• Delays due to client tardiness or missing documentation.
• The legal validity or consequences of any document we notarize.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
