which includes: Affidavits, Deeds Contracts, Wills Acknowledgements Oaths, Jurats Power of Attorney Court Documents Executorships Advanced Directives Business documents Loan signing Loan Agreements Loan Documents PennDOT paperwork completion assistance I offer mobile and remote/online notary services for general notary work. For loan signing services,I guarantee emailed/faxed copies returned to the agent within 30 minutes after signing completion and hard-copy will be overnighted no later than the close of business on the day of signing (time permitting).

• $5.00 per signature per document-the full prices will be determined based on the total pages to be notarized, and the number of signatures per page
• $15.00 per each certificate (acknowledgment, jury, certified copy, etc) that is printed and attached by 1st Klass. These certificates are required by the State of Pennsylvania for documents that don't include the State's required wording.
• $20.00 per deposition/witness + $5.00for each administered oath + $15.00 for the certificate to the deposition
